Higher education is increasingly becoming more job oriented with the aim of wealth creation, keeping this in mind, St. Paul Institute of Communication Education for Women (SPICEFW) is now offering a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) in addition to well established Bachelor’s in Multimedia and Mass communication (BAMMC).

Today’s young women have demonstrated skills and interests in entrepreneurship, management and handling family businesses as well. This course is tailor-made to help these aspirants acquire management skills and a specialization in Marketing or Finance, it allows women to widen their career choice.

BMS is designed to study analytical aspects of Business Management and get in-depth knowledge in several managerial or business-related subjects such as human resource management, economics, business analytics, marketing etc.

St Paul’s Institute of Communication Education for Women is conceived as a training institute and a knowledge hub and has been endeavouring ever since to achieve excellence in Management studies and also process the desired results.

With industry experts, entrepreneurs and academicians being our faculty members it aims to impart a real-time understanding of management and corporate structures for those seeking immediate employment or as a stepping stone for pursuing higher management and allied studies.

The engagement of the industry with our academics is what makes SPICEFW unique from other media schools. For instance, the BAMMC program is two batches old and an Alumna Anushri Satvlekar (Class of 2019-22) topped the TYBAMMC- Journalism exam conducted by the University of Mumbai.

At SPICEFW, holistic development is prioritized by striking a balance between theory & practical, curricular & extracurricular and interpersonal & intrapersonal skills of an individual.

Established in 2018, SPICE for Women is located within the popular St Paul’s Media Complex, off Turner Road, Bandra West. A Christian minority institute affiliated with the University of Mumbai, the college is managed by the Society of St Paul.
